Thank you for choosing G Farms. We take pride in providing premium elephant garlic seed and bulbs grown in small batches on our farm in Louisiana. Because our products are agricultural and perishable in nature, please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

🌱 All Sales Are Final on Garlic Seed & Bulbs

  • No returns once shipped: Due to the perishable and seasonal nature of garlic seed and bulbs, we cannot accept returns once products have left our farm.
  • This policy protects the integrity, quality, and biosecurity of our products.

💰 Refunds & Replacements

We stand behind the quality of our seed. Refunds or replacements will only be issued under the following conditions:

  1. Order Issues:
    • If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please notify us within 5 business days of delivery.
    • Photos of the package and product are required for review.
  2. Non-Delivery:
    • If your order is not delivered due to a carrier error, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
    • If the carrier confirms a lost package, a refund or replacement will be issued.
  3. Refund Method:
    • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

🌿 No Guarantee of Growth

  • While our garlic seed is tested for high germination, we cannot guarantee growth results due to variables outside of our control (soil conditions, climate, planting methods, pests, etc.).
  • By purchasing, you acknowledge that farming and gardening outcomes depend on many uncontrollable factors.

🛑 Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
